Description - The Williams pear is an around great pear. The large golden yellow fruit has a creamy white flesh that tastes sweet and has a juicy texture. It is perfect when eaten straight from the tree and is also good for stewing and poaching and is supposed to make a very tasty brandy The tree produces pure white flowres in the spring time with the fruit ready in late summer. It is a hardy reliable tree and will produce a good heavy crop. Makes a great gift for Fathers day or for those called William.
