Our Delivery Promise
We promise to send your gift out on time, every time. That's our guarantee.
We always dispatch your order using the correct delivery service, on the correct day.
Sometimes, even though we've done everything right on our end, your courier might be delayed. It's rare, but it can happen.
If something goes wrong, here's what we'll do:
If your gift arrives late due to courier delays, send us an email at care@tree2mydoor.com to let us know, and we'll make it right with a free delivery voucher for next time. While we're unable to refund delivery charges if the delay is outside of our control, we'll always ensure you feel supported and appreciated, and your next delivery is on us!
Delivery Costs
We deliver our gift products to UK addresses* only and offer the following delivery methods:
- Standard UK Delivery - £3.99. For England, Wales and lowland Scotland addresses. Club Member Price: Free
- Next Day UK Delivery - From £10. For England, Wales and lowland Scotland addresses. Cost to other locations may incur surcharges. Club Member Price: Free (Tuesdays to Fridays)
- Nominated Day UK Delivery - From £7.99. Choose your preferred delivery date for England, Wales and lowland Scotland addresses. Club Member Price: Free (Tue–Fri)
- Free Delivery for 12 Months. Sign up for Tree2mydoor Membership to enjoy free P&P for 12 months. Only £12/year
*Excluding Northern Ireland addresses since the Irish Sea border was imposed after Brexit.
Please note: Prices are based on individually boxed trees. Larger trees or multiple box orders may incur extra charges, particularly to non England & Wales addresses. If you have any questions about delivery, please give our office an email at care@tree2mydoor.com.
Delivery surcharge applies to larger sized boxes over 1m going to Highlands and Islands postcode areas.
All orders are gift wrapped and carefully packaged up on the day of dispatch. Orders are delivered by tracked courier.
