Whether you’re new to plant parenthood or a seasoned gardener, we’re with you every step of the way. Once registered, you’ll receive tailored seasonal care emails for 12 months. And if you're ever unsure about anything, just get in touch. Our friendly team is here to help make your growing journey easy and enjoyable.

How to activate:
- Register using your delivery date and order number (scroll down the page)
- Keep your tree or plant in the right environment (our care guides can help)
- Not sure? Just ask. We’re only a click or call away.
What can void the warranty?
- Keeping your plant in an unsuitable place (e.g. outdoor trees kept indoors)
- Not following care guidance (watering, sunlight, soil or drainage)
- Damage caused by pets, pests, wildlife, weather or accidents
- Not activating the warranty within 5 days of delivery.
