Tree2mydoor Delivery Information

Tree2mydoor deliver trees and plants to addresses all over the United Kingdom. Sadly since Brexit we have been unable to send orders to Northern Ireland as well as EU addresses including the Republic of Ireland.

Trees Delivered

We specialise in delivering individually boxed trees as gifts.

Most trees can be delivered the next working day to Mainland UK addresses (excluding Sundays, Mondays and days following Bank Holidays).

Orders for most trees online should be placed before 11am Monday - Friday for next day delivery.* Orders for roses and ornamental trees should be placed before 11am. You can specify a delivery date in the future and we will get your tree delivered for that date. We recommend ordering early to reserve your tree or plant and to book your target delivery date.

Every tree and plant is individually packed up in our own specially designed eco-friendly packaging with accompanying personalised greetings card.

We deliver trees by national courier services including DPD, APC, Tuffnells and DX.

Free delivery

Spend over £99 per delivery address: FREE Standard Delivery

• Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place or will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick your parcel up or get it redelivered.
• Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on Sundays, Mondays or bank holidays. Deliveries can be made 2 working days after Bank Holidays and Sundays.
• Free delivery does not apply to some areas of the UK and Ireland although you will qualify for a discounted delivery.
• Delivery surcharge applies to larger sized boxes over 1m going to Highlands and Islands postcode areas.

Standard Delivery

Delivery within 7 working days: from £6

• Your order will be delivered at anytime within the next 7 working days.
• Your order may be sent out via Royal Mail or courier service.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place or will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick your parcel up or get it redelivered.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Saturday's, Sunday's, Mondays or bank holidays.
• Delivery surcharge applies to larger sized boxes over 1m going to Highlands and Islands postcode areas.

Premium Delivery

Delivery by courier on your nominated day: from £9.00

• Choose your specific date from our delivery calendar.
• Your order will be sent out via courier on a 24 hour tracked service to delivery addresses in England, Wales and Scotland (excluding remote areas of Scotland).
• If your order is being delivered to an address in Scotland Highlands, or any other offshore address, a minimum delivery surcharge will be added to your order of £4. Find out full list of delivery charges.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place or will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick your parcel up or get it redelivered.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Sunday's, Mondays or bank holidays. Deliveries can be made 2 working days after Bank Holidays and Sunday’s.
