How will my tree or plant gift be delivered?

Most of our trees and plants arrive wrapped in sustainable hessian with a green Tree2mydoor branded ribbon. They will be delivered in a recyclable cardboard box that has been designed to keep your gift safe in transit, on the rare occasion that gifts do get damaged in transit, we offer a full replacement at the earliest opportunity.

Does my tree or plant gift come with a guarantee?

Yes, all your recipient needs to do is register their tree with Mytree, this will ensure that should anything happen their tree will be replaced. It also unlocks our monthly email that is filled with care tips designed to help them look after their tree.
