The sloe bush gift is a native tree that will produce an abundance of tart berries that can be used to flavour sloe gin or for making delicious jellies and jams. A great gift to send to a foodie.

This bush will be the first to blossom around February and March and produces lovely clusters of white flowers that arrive even before the spring leaves. Birds love to nest within the thick spiny shrub to stay safe from predators and will feast on the berries when they’re ripe.

Suitable for growing in all garden sizes, the sloe bush is a compact native tree that won’t grow too large. A fantastic low maintenance addition to any garden it’s also a great option to use as hedging.
