Malus domestica 'Bramley's Seedling'
Send our Bramley Apple Tree Gift to friends and family and they will have an annual batch of autumn Bramley Apples for delicious pies, crumbles, and sauces. Homegrown cooking apples are a pleasure to pick in autumn and leave lasting impressions for birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
Mary Ann Brailsford is credited with planting the original Bramley Apple Tree in her Southwell Nottinghamshire garden 200 years ago in 1809. Soft, pale pink blossom appears in spring from which a bounty of apples grows. The hefty apples are ripe by October, with creamy-white flesh that has a sharp, acidic taste but can be cooked for a sweet flavour and smooth texture. People who love cooking adore our easy to grow Bramley Apple Trees.
Our Bramley Apples are Malus domestica 'Bramley's Seedling' variety, grown in the UK on a dwarf M27 rootstock, making them suitable for small gardens. Our Apple Trees are handpicked and gift-wrapped with special care.
Hardy across the UK and northern Europe. If plant is grown on in a container it will need extra frost protection
