We are sure many of you have noticed the recent spell of exceptionally hot weather across the UK. At Tree2MyDoor, it is important to us that every tree and plant gift arrives in the best possible condition and has the best chance to thrive in its new home.
The UK Met Office issued its first ever red extreme heat warning, with temperatures forecast to exceed 40°C on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th July 2022. Temperatures were expected to ease again after Wednesday 20th July.

With this in mind, we made the decision to postpone the dispatch of our rose gifts, Willow Wands and native tree gifts that were due for delivery on Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th July. These deliveries were rescheduled to arrive on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd July instead.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding.
Deliveries of our bay, olive and citrus trees were scheduled to go ahead as planned. However, we still recommended following our seasonal hot weather care advice to help gifts settle well during the heat.
