If you received a product that is unsuitable for your home or garden please let us know within 3 days of delivery and we will happily exchange this for you.* Plus, if your gift arrives damaged please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.
*Excludes engraved products including Dedicate a Tree gift packs. Send the tree back to us and as soon as it is received at our nursery we will send you out your alternative, a new delivery charge will apply.
