As we are sure we have noticed, the UK has been struck by a bout of extremely hot weather. It is really important to us that the tree and plant gifts that we provide are of the highest quality and that our green friends are able to thrive in the homes of our gift recipients!
The UK Met Office has issued the first ever Red Extreme Heat Warning for temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celcius for Monday and Tuesday. However, temperatures are due to return to a lower level after Wednesday 20th.
Due to this, we have made the decision to postpone the dispatch of our rose, Willow Wands and native tree gifts that were due for delivery on Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th of July. They will now be delivered on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd of July.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
*Deliveries of our Bay, Olive and Citrus trees are scheduled to go ahead, however please do continue to follow the 'Heatwave Care Guide' that we've linked below
For guidance on how to care for you tree and plant gifts at this time, we have created a blog on the best steps to take to keep your green friends in tip-top condition. Read our Heatwave Care Guide here
