Some of our pear varieties like the Concorde and Conference are grown from dwarf rootstock, so they're heavy croppers and can be grown in small and medium gardens. Most are self-pollinating, so they don't need to be pollinated by bees.

The Conference pear is the best-selling variety in the UK and will produce crops of succulent fruits between summer and autumn. These sweet, nutritious pears are delightfully crunchy and can be grown in gardens or patios. Our Concorde tree is another popular variety and delivers a crop of large, flavourful fruits each autumn. If you're too impatient to cook these pears in a recipe (we wouldn't blame you if you were), they can be eaten straight from the tree.
