Tree2mydoor are all set to celebrate national tree week; the annual celebration of trees and tree planting promoted by the Tree Council. This year National Tree Week will be from 27th of November until the 5th of December and will be all about trying to get people involved in planting trees and promoting the benefits of us having more trees in our world. Planting of new trees in Britain has fallen to its lowest rate in over three decades, clearly not a good statistic...in fact it’s pretty scary. And whilst it may seem that Britain has its fair share of trees, as the tree council points out, we actually are one the least wooded countries in Europe. We need to take action now to plant more trees, if we are to move towards a more eco-friendly world.
