We hope everyone has had a good week even with the amount of bad weather we have had in the UK. The beast from the east has really taken a hold of our weather.
We just wanted to release a quick update to keep everyone in the loop with what is currently happening with our deliveries.
Earlier on in the week, we were dispatching as normal, all orders were being sent out to try and keep things running as smoothly as possible.
As of Thursday 1st March when the weather worsened we have only sent out products that we know will not be affected by the freezing temperatures. Any hardy trees and plants have been dispatched on a next day service and will be with you as soon as the weather permits.
We have held off sending any less hardy plants like our citrus trees and camellia as they don’t do as well in the cold. These orders will be sent out as soon as possible and we apologise for any delays in delivery times we just want to make sure everything arrives in the best condition.
If you would like to check the delay times on the postcode of your delivery you can follow this link to the DPD postcode checker.
If you have any other queries about your parcel you can call DPD customer services on 0121 336 4687 and provide them with your consignment number. You can also track your parcel on the DPD website.
