On the day of delivery, you can provide delivery instructions directly to our couriers via text or email (Only with DPD deliveries for most small trees, plants, and rose bush orders).

Deliveries to remote and non-mainland postcodes will incur an extra charge from our couriers.

We offer morning delivery on selected trees and plants to most mainland UK addresses, for a small additional charge.

If the order is for an important occasion, we strongly advise that you select the Nominated Day Delivery option to avoid disappointment; you can order in advance to make sure your order arrives in time.

Delays rarely happen, but if your gift arrives late, we’ll make it right. Just let us know by sending us an email at care@tree2mydoor.com, and we’ll handle the rest. Find out more here.
