Basis of sale
The order made by you completing the online forms within tree2mydoor's shopping cart constitutes an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Acceptance by us of your order shall occur when the goods are dispatched by us, which shall be conditional upon receipt and clearance of the value of the goods. Such acceptance shall mean that a contract for the purchase of the goods has been formed and is subject to these terms and conditions.
An out of stock product will only be advertised on the website if it is likely to be replaced. You will be able to provisionally order these items although we can not guarantee we will meet your specified delivery date. We recommend you contact our customer services for a target delivery date on out of stock items. Please note all images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product and decorative wrap may vary.
The prices of the goods are as stated on the tree2mydoor website and are inclusive of any applicable value added tax. We accept payments via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit & Visa Electron. We cannot accept payment in cash or by cheque through the post for orders made through this website. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Tree2mydoor use Sage Pay for assured secure online payments.
Tree2mydoor.com is a secure website. We ensure that the information that you provide to Tree2mydoor is handled and stored securely. Tree2mydoor.com maintains the highest levels of security to protect our customers. Our website shopping cart uses high-level SSL encryption technology to provide advanced security for online transactions.
You can tell if a page on the Tree2mydoor website is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of www.tree2mydoor.com in your browser address window E.g. In the shopping cart pages. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.
Each order is processed securely, using Cybersource. By using Cybersource you are guaranteed your transaction details are kept secure and confidential. Your payment details are encrypted and a secure link is created between your own computer and the Cybersource's computers to complete the sale of goods. Tree2mydoor are not able to view your full card details through Cybersource although we are able to perform refunds onto the same card.
You can select a target delivery date of your choice when placing your order. Products containing our engraved plaques may take slightly longer therefore the website will allow for this when placing an order. It may be possible for us to arrange a faster turner around - contact Customer Service for more information. Free delivery is currently available on orders over £99 (excluding Highland and Island addresses).
*Delivery surcharge applies to larger sized boxes over 1m going to Highlands and Islands postcode areas.
Standard Delivery Services
We can not guarantee a delivery date with the Standard Delivery service and we do advise that items can take up to 7 days to arrive. Items sent via this service are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If the delivery date is of importance to you, we highly recommend you opt for our Premium Delivery Service.
Please note items may be dispatched in more than one package, and will not necessarily arrive at the same time. If there is no one to receive your ordered goods then the courier firm used should leave a card informing you where your order is being held. If your order is held at the depot, we recommend that they are collected within 1-2 days (particularly during summer months).
In the event that you are not present to receive delivery, you hereby acknowledge that you should be responsible for goods stored in any collection point/depot.

Premium Delivery Services
This is a fully tracked courier service, although we do have a cut off point of 11:00am.
Therefore if your item is ordered after 11:00am it will not be dispatched until the following working day. Items sent via this service are dispatched Monday-Friday and additional charges will apply for a Saturday delivery date.
All our products can be sent via this service and our couriers guarantee delivery before 6:00pm Tuesday-Friday and before 12:00pm on a Saturday.
Please note for destinations outside of England and Wales deliveries can take slightly longer to arrive, and we cannot always guarantee a delivery date to more remote areas. We are able to track orders sent via this service from time of dispatch until delivery. These items will need to be signed for unless specified by you that they are safe to be left unattended or with a neighbour. We cannot be held responsible for items left on an unattended delivery service. If the recipient is out when delivery takes place the driver will leave a calling card advising of the telephone number of the depot. The courier company will also reattempt delivery the following day. In the unlikely event that the recipient does not get in touch with the courier depot after two delivery attempts, we will contact you, the buyer, for further instructions. If we are unable to contact the buyer and the recipient does not get in touch within 5 working days the items will be returned to us. If you would like the item to be re-delivered after it has been returned to us there will be a small charge.
Cost of delivery will be advised at the time of placing an order and is dependant on the delivery address, please see table below for delivery charges.

Ordering from outside the UK
We can accept orders from overseas for delivery to UK and Republic of Ireland addresses, please make payment in £ Sterling.
We offer accompanying greetings cards with Tree2mydoor gift products. Greetings cards cannot be purchased separately and will not be shipped without an accompanying (non greetings card) gift product.
Goods are described and photographed as accurately as possible on the tree2mydoor website. However, you must acknowledge that the description is general and so there may be variations of the characteristics and sizes of products as they are natural individual living plants. Please note that deciduous trees are bare (have no leaves) during winter months and all plants and trees are affected by seasonal variations. During peak sales times, Tree2mydoor may substitute products for a like for like product with a similar name or variety or colour. Wildflowers may not be in bloom or bloom in the first year. Please call our customer service team on 0161 870 6368 if you have any questions about product descriptions or visual appearance before placing an order or before your order has been processed.
Your right to cancel orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with any goods you have ordered, contact Tree2mydoor customer services. Our customer services team will do their best to help you in any way.
Cancellations & refund policy
If an order is cancelled either wholly or partially, prior to the goods leaving our nurseries you are guaranteed a full refund. You may cancel an order after it has been dispatched if delivery is refused or if you return the goods in the original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the goods. Goods can be returned by contacting our Customer Services team for a returns address within 3 working days of receipt.
You must return a cancelled order at your own expense and are responsible for the goods until they have been received by us. We do recommend that you obtain proof of postage in the event that an item may go missing as this will allow you to claim against the carrier. On cancellation, you acknowledge that the goods are not damaged and that you accept risk on returning the goods. We are unable to refund the P&P charge on unwanted goods. Refunds are processed once the goods arrive back with to us.
Please note that the right to cancel and receive a refund will not apply if your order contains personalised goods such as engraved plaques.

Poetry Competition Terms and Conditions
- The poem that you submit must be your own work. Passing off existing poetry as your own work is against the law.
- Tree2mydoor will not be liable if there is any contention about published works.
- Your poem may be published on the tree2mydoor.com website or on associated print literature.
- You agree for Tree2mydoor to use your poem which will be credited to you as the writer.
- Final judgment of overall winner will be made by a third party company TBC. Their decision is final.
- Tree2mydoor reserves the right to close the competition early in exceptional circumstances.
- If you are a Valentines Day customer (i.e. you purchase a Valentines Day gift between 1st February and 13th February) and your poem is published, you will receive a refund for 50% of the value of the goods you have ordered (up to the value of £50) e.g. You purchase a Crab Apple tree gift for £24.50 + P&P. Your poem gets published and we refund you £12.25.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and for your protection. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Customer information is collected to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Information is collected as a result of you contacting us, placing an order, or requesting registration. We store lists of email addresses, which we use to send out information about our products and services.
You will receive information e-mails from us only if you give your consent. If you do not wish to receive such emails, you can remove yourself by clicking on the link at the bottom of an information e-mail. You may also remove yourself by visiting the 'mytree' members section of tree2mydoor and completing the 'remove from mailing list' section.
We will not collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. (Also see below in summary of terms.) The colour of the trees and flowers sold by tree2mydoor is not of an essence.
Trees and flowers sold by tree2mydoor are affected by the seasons (hence during winter, many plants will have no leaves).
Blooms of flowers and trees are not guaranteed in the first year unless otherwise stated.
Tree2mydoor do not accept any responsibility for allergies brought on by tree2mydoor goods.
Customers are advised to carefully follow the planting instructions provided with the plant products to ensure the plant continues to grow to be strong and healthy. We are unable to refund a tree or plant that has perished after delivery.
All content included on this site including text, graphics, logos, button icons, software and images is the property of Tree2mydoor Ltd. or its content suppliers (as applicable) and protected by UK and international copyright laws. Hence reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this site is strictly prohibited apart from use as a shopping resource.
