Post COVID Lockdown Update

Hello everyone,

We hope you are all keeping safe and well still?

As the lockdown rules begin to ease a little we just wanted to give you a quick update on what this means for you, our customers and the Tree2mydoor brand and team.

Taking all the necessary social distancing measures throughout the lockdown has meant that we have been able to continuously work to provide everyone with a good level of service and we are extremely grateful for that.

We hope that we have been able to help keep loved ones together even in the distance as gifts have been shared that will last a lifetime.

To ensure that we could keep up with the service levels we did change operations slightly, this meant temporarily removing our next day and nominated day delivery service and extending our standard delivery lead times.

As things start to level out again, we are delighted to announce that we are reintroducing our next day and nominated day delivery services.

Next day or chosen day delivery is available for any England, Wales and Lowland Scotland postcodes with a cut off time of 2pm for the next day service on most products. Dispatch days for these orders are from Monday to Thursday.

If your gift is being delivered to any Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or Highland and Island addresses then please allow for an extra working day on a next day service. Dispatch days for these orders are from Monday to Wednesday to avoid plants being in transit for too long. This means orders placed on a Wednesday after 2pm will be dispatched the following Monday.

We want to assure you that we are still taking the necessary measures to keep both our teams safe and our customers safe.

If you are feeling a little anxious about ordering online, here are a few steps you can take to ensure everyone’s safety.

Our trees and plants are packed in a clean and sanitary environment, the pots are disinfected multiple times before dispatch.

Receiving your plant gift in the post:

Your gift will be delivered via premium courier service and can be done contact-free.
Remove your plant from the outer cardboard box, place in the recycling bin and wash your hands with warm soapy water.
If the weather is nice and sunny you can place your plant in the garden in direct sun.
When ready to plant, remove the gift wrap, recycle it and get planting!
